MY ACIM JOURNEY TOOK A DARK TURN - CAN SOMEBODY HELP?!

I've been studying A Course in Miracles for a while now, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a scary turn. My dreams are filled with nightmares. My thoughts are never-ending and I feel like I'm spiraling out of control. Has anyone else gone through this before? I need help, please! I don't know what to do. {A
